Directed reinvigoration of ailing brand, propelling the community station back into the heart of Glasgow's thriving arts & music scene.

Year 1: Created concepts, directed promo & execution of seven sell-out parties, entertaining 4,100 punters and profiting station 12,000. Public interest reignited and weekly contributors grew to 300.

Year 2: Managed team of 50 volunteers across off-air departments. Directed execution of ambitious events and production of web & print materials. The station blossomed.

Campaigns - spurred huge boost in student engagement by re-energising the voice of the organisation, updating brand imagery & overhauling social media strategy.
